Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with full bathroom, and a spacious loft with queen pull out sofa bed and includes its own TV (with YouTube TV) as well as a sitting area with a beautiful view of the mountains. On the lower level you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and the second with a twin over full bunkbed. This second bedroom also features a Smart HDTV, puzzles, playing cards and board games for all ages. Don’t forget to bring your Xbox or PlayStation and your favorite video games!  Small humans in your group?  This home has you covered with a freestanding highchair, Nest Baby Play Yard, small stool and a Safety 1st Sit, Snack and Go Booster Seat!

When you need a break from all of the great outdoor options in our area like hiking, kayaking, fishing, skiing, tubing, shopping or just plain sightseeing, enjoy a long soak in the hot tub or stretch out in one of the oversized chairs on the deck. 1 Sweet View offers high speed internet, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with YouTube TV in bunk room, living room, master bedroom and loft, central heat/AC, gas fireplace, hot tub, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, and breathtaking mountain views.

Please note this property is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. The approach to this property is a mountain road with some short period of steepness. We do experience seasonal inclement weather in this region. All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and/or snow tire chains would be required in winter weather events.

There is so much to do around this vacation home all year-round. Less than 20 minutes’ drive to the heart of Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Area (known for being one of the first ski resorts in the US to open each year), Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (a historic motorcycle museum featured on the History Channel’s “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing. In about 25 minutes, you could be in downtown Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head to Main Street and enjoy additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

This home is a less than a 30-minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino (even if you do not gamble, Harrah’s has some of the best restaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and just west of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday).

A little more than 50 minutes away, you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estate & Winery (America’s largest and most visited privately-owned home), many great restaurants and micro-breweries, and 1 hour and 30 minutes away is Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.

Approximately, 1 hour away heading south to Hendersonville, you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with their enormous dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more in the surrounding areas.

You are just under 1 hour 35 minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (home of Dollywood).
