For your comfort there is a beautifully decorated, spacious living area with gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a screened patio room to enjoy year-round with additional seating for alfresco dining. Your private side patio overlooks the green and club pool area in the distance, just steps away from your back door.

Full size washer and dryer, high speed Spectrum internet and Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs in every bedroom round out the amenity package. There’s even a desk for those of you that can’t leave work behind. If you appreciate a beautiful mountain view in a quiet golf setting, Greenside Getaway is the place for you.

Please note: This property is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. The approach to this property is a short-paved road coming from the clubhouse. We do experience seasonal inclement weather in this region. All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and/or snow tire chains might be required in winter weather events.

There is so much to do around this vacation home all year-round. Just a few minutes’ drive to the heart of Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Area (known for being one of the first ski resorts in the US to open each year), Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (a historic motorcycle museum featured on the History Channel’s “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing.

In about 25 minutes, you could be in downtown Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head to Main Street and enjoy additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing.  This home is a less than a 30-minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino (even if you do not gamble, Harrah’s has some of the best restaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and just west of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday).

A little more than 50 minutes away, you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estate & Winery (America’s largest and most visited privately-owned home), many great restaurants and micro-breweries, and 1 hour and 30 minutes away is Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.

Approximately, 1 hour away heading south to Hendersonville, you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with their enormous dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more in the surrounding areas.

You are just under 1 hour 35 minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (home of Dollywood).
