Look no further than Belle on Main.  This one level showpiece home originally built in the 1930’s lives up to the name “Belle” with interior features that take a spirited leap of design mixing art and whimsy while maximizing a unique open floor plan.  On approach, the exterior of the home reminds you of a beautiful cottage on Main Street USA with its flower and stone lined walkways, casual outdoor seating areas, lawn swing and large flat front yard. From the moment you arrive at this location which is only steps from historic Waynesville Inn Golf Resort and Spa (a nationally known golf course designed in 1926 by Donald Ross), you are struck by its simplistic charm which embodies the joys of small town life.  However, the instant you walk into Belle on Main’s living spaces, you are captivated by this property’s striking artwork, modern furnishings and refreshingly clean architectural lines.  Belle on Main invites you to stay for a night or two but makes you want to stay much longer with its understated design elements, including modern lighting touches and black painted floors.  These lend to the ambiance of this home’s space friendly functionality.  Making sure the guest is always top of mind.

Sleeping five adults comfortably, this home features one queen master bedroom with half bath and a second bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed. A full bath with a three-foot doorway clearance and glass walled shower with grab bars is situated between the two bedrooms. A flat screen TV is included in the master bedroom.  This home offers easy access whether arriving by car, motorcycle or even RV with two functional RV jacks and RV parking on property as well.  A standard jack is also available for standard cars.  Both RV and standard jack use incur additional fees per day.  The town of Waynesville offers electrical vehicle charging stations in their public parking areas as well.

From front to back this exceptional home offers many modern conveniences, all located on one level.  Remember, there are no steps at Belle on Main! The spacious front covered sitting area with its handcrafted Adirondack chairs allows you to watch small town life go by, morning or evening.  As you step inside the front door you’ll find a small desk to the left for those working from home or checking emails.  Beyond that space is the dining area with its modern chairs and bench seating where you can gather for a game of chance or talk about the day.  You’ll be able to include the chef in your tales as they cook in the kitchen beyond with its Curava countertops and stainless-steel appliances.  Additional owner amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, Alexa on demand, a coffee station, food pantry and deep French country sink.  You can exit from the kitchen to a side porch adjacent to the front sitting area.  A stacked full-size washer/dryer unit complete the kitchen.

On the right through the front door, you’ll see the beautifully furnished Leisure Area, containing books, stunning artwork, sculpture, and matching Valentina sofas.  Across the room separated by the brick fireplace, you’ll find the Adult Sitting Room, which offers a 54” Roku TV, including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu.  Two large flip down sofas open to become two twin beds or 2 multilevel king beds for additional sleeping area. Beyond the sliding glass doors of the sitting room is a private deck sitting area, where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.  Please note the fireplace is not a working fireplace and not available for use.

This home is perfect for weekly or seasonal rentals and includes central heat and air, auxiliary furnace heat, RV parking and RV jack, washer/dryer, three outside porch security lights, and high speed Spectrum connectivity for internet and WiFi.  Home has exterior security camera monitoring.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is a dog friendly property and allows a maximum of 3 small dogs, 30 pounds or less each are accepted.  It is the guest’s responsibility to contact the property manager at Maggie Mountain Vacations as there is an additional non-refundable pet fee, not included in the base rent.  Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $200 per pet penalty.  No cats or other pets are accepted.   Pet sheets are provided to protect furniture from dogs.  Pet ramp and fenced in dog yard included.

In addition to all that this vacation home has to offer, Belle on Main is situated in an exceptionally convenient location. within walking distance from the Waynesville Country Club, downtown Waynesville, and historic Hazelwood – home of the Hazelwood Soap Company.  Take a leisurely stroll downtown while enjoying the historic buildings and the stunning mountain vistas that surrounds the entire area.

If you’re coming for a long weekend to visit the famed Biltmore Estate, it’s only 35 minutes away. If you’re staying in town and exploring Maggie Valley you can visit Wheels Through Time Transportation Museum or go skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area or snow tubing at Tube World during the winter months. If you’re staying for a week (or longer!) to take in the multitude of outdoor activities the area has to offer, this home will not disappoint. Located less than 20 minutes to downtown Maggie Valley, less than 5 minutes to downtown Waynesville, and only a few miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this home is the perfect hub for your family and friends!  With connectivity to I-40 a quick trip to Asheville will be in the cards or visit the quaint little towns of Black Mountain, Lake Lure, Grandfather Mountain, or cruise the legendary Blue Ridge Parkway – all an easy drive away.
