If peaceful creek side living is what you want, look no further. Creekside Haven is just that! Bring the family and friends and sit around the fire pit on the large deck along the bold rushing creek. Each bedroom leads out to the decks that overlook the creek. This beautiful two story home boasts two living areas; one on each floor, each with its own deck. Each living area has a gas fireplace and a large flat screen HD TV. Creekside Haven offers central heat/AC, gas fireplace, modern kitchen, large outside deck with Creekside access, fire pit, HD cable TV, WiFi. Creekside Haven is conveniently located less than a mile from restaurants, shops, and the festival grounds yet sits quietly on the bank of the bold rushing creek. Easy paved access makes Creekside Haven the perfect place for skiers and motorcyclist alike! At this time fishing and swimming are not allowed in the creek at this location. Fishing is allowed farther up the creek.

Less than a 20 min drive up to Cataloochee Ski Area, or over to Tony’s Tube World (snow tubing), only 7 minutes to Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle, as featured on History Channels “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing. In just over 10 minutes, you could be in Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head to Main Street in Waynesville and enjoy additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

This cabin is also is a short 30 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee (even if you do not gamble it has some of the best restaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and just west of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday).

Only 35 minutes away, you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estates & Winery, several micro-breweries, and 1 hour and 15 minutes away is Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.

Approximately, 45 minutes away heading south to Hendersonville, you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with their enormous dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more in the surrounding areas. You are 1 hour 20 minutes to Gatlinburg, TN and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).

There is paved easy access, upon approach. The driveway is paved and not far from the main road through Maggie Valley. We do experience inclement weather in this region, seasonally, all-wheel drive and/or 4-wheel drive is recommended in late fall or winter.
