The approach to this property is a steeper paved mountain road with a short distance of packed dirt/gravel coming up from a flat four lane road from Waynesville, with some short period of steepness. We do experience seasonal inclement weather in this region and all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and/or snow tire chains would be required in winter weather events.
