Home also includes large, fenced back yard with firepit.  Curbside garbage/recycle pickup available with rental. Parking available in driveway as well as single car carport attached to home.  Heat is provided by electric baseboard heat with electric fireplace. Air provided by wall units in home.

Easy paved access into quiet neighborhood, less a minute from Soco Road. Lawn care not included tenant responsible for mowing and lawn upkeep, including inside of fenced in area.
